He is survived by: his wife Lisa Schmillen of Granville; his sister Judy Koehler of Peru; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick Koehler (Bethany), Shawn Koehler (Amy), Josh Jurries, Jennifer Edwards (Zach) and Hanna Smith.
