She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Jerman and Mary Jerman (Bazydlo); her siblings, John and Marsha O'Connell; and her nephew Ken Minor.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Hawk" Seibert; her sons, Robert S. Seibert (Katy) of Henry, Scott Seibert (Cyndi) of Seneca, John Seibert (Cindy) of Plainfield and Eric Seibert (Michelle) of Custer Park; her sisters, Mary Frandin of Ottawa, Vicky Davis of Davenport, Dolores Moon (Calvin) of Cedar Point and Nancy Burmingham (Bruce) of Asheville, NC; her grandchildren, Robert B., Tabitha, Erika, McCray, Jake, Jesse, Josh and Nikki; and her great grandchild Maddyson.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hero Scuba Group at 8430 Stone Chase San Antonio, TX 78254. Donations to this nonprofit organization for PTSD has helped Carol's grandson Brandon who suffers from PTSD and is now helping others.
