He is survived by: his former wife Linda Matthews; his sons, Michael Adams (Alexandria) and Luke Adams; his wife Julianne Adams (Lopacki); his son Munster Little League; his close friend Scott Sutter; his stepchildren, Mary Villa, Alexander Baczkowicz (Courtney), Denny Hoge, Theresa Hoge, Sadie Hoge and Jacob Hoge; his siblings, Terry Adams and Donna Tudor (Greg); his nieces and nephews, Whitney Lynde (Tanner), Julia O'Donnell (Matt), Jenna Adams, Zachary and Drew Adams (Sydney); and his mother-in-law Marion Lopacki.
