He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Proctor and Margaret Proctor (Price); and his son George Michael Proctor. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Proctor (Regina) and Bob Proctor; his niece Lisa Sheldon; his grandchildren, Kassie Poplawski (Linn), Nicole Lopez (Arty) and Katie Proctor; his great grandchildren, Piper, Cooper and Maverick; and his siblings, Alma Moake (Jim), Betty Anderson, Mary Miles (George) and Jim Proctor (Dorothy).
