She was predeceased by: her parents, Antone Kuhar and Martha Kuhar; her husband William A. Lewke, Sr.; her brother Tony Kuhar; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Lewke.

She is survived by: her sons, William "Bill" A. Lewke, Jr. of Grant Park, IL and Jack Lewke (Doris) of Eureka Springs, AR.. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
