He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Porter (Hilda) and Levamae Tipton; his sisters, Patty and Jean; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Dorothy Kosiba.

He is survived by: his wife Annette Kosiba; his daughter Jamie Jamnik (Josh); his grandchildren, Jasper, Addyson Cansler and Chase Jamnik; and his siblings, Daniel Tipton (Merle) and Peggy Marlett.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
