She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Lucido and Mary Lucido (Campieri); and her grandson Jeremy Hancock. She is survived by: her children, Gene E. Whaley (Darla) of Maryville, James L. Whaley Jr. of Cape Girardeau, MO and Patricia Whaley of Granite City, IL; her grandchildren, Scott Debo (Julie), Gina Petrunich (Tom) and Deana Holman (Jim); and her sister Barbara Paskus. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations are suggested to Kellsie's Hope Foundation.
