He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion "Bud" Turner and Geneva Turner (Cradduck); and his siblings, Pauline Gribble, Charles Turner, Butch Turner, Michael Turner and Pat Overfelt.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda S. Turner (Andrews); his children, Amy Turner (Mike Scanlan) of Granite City and Richard Turner (Amanda) of Farmington, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Lisa Huerta (Eugenio) of Granite City and Michelle Wallace (Alan Frazier) of Edwardsville; and his sister Emma Redstone of Granite City. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Tri City Area Association for Handicapped (TCAAH) and may be accepted at the funeral chapel. Keep Tony's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
