With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Stephen E. Dudak of Granite City, Illinois, born in East Chicago, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Stephen left this world on July 17, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Dudak and Barbara Dudak (Crnkovich); his sisters, Evelyn Dudak, Marian Avedisian, Ilene Niemczyk and Stephanie Dudak; and his niece Mary Niemczyk.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Dudak (Lapinski) of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Philip Dudak (Patti Chrusciel) of Collinsville and Pamela (Mark Hessler) of Glen Carbon; his grandchildren, Andria (Jonny Williams) of Glen Carbon and Ryan Hessler of Glen Carbon; his sister-in-law Dorothy Kuca of Madison; and his nephews, John Avedisian and Steve Avedisian. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church. Keep Stephen's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
