She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois McBride and John White; her husband David J. Costillo; her granddaughter Holly Jo Beavin; her sister Norma Carter; her brothers-in-law, Orville Carter and Gene Wright; and her close friend Lee Choat.
She is survived by: her children, David Costillo of Granite City, IL, Michael Costillo (Angela) of Granite City, IL, Andrew Costillo (Paula) of Granite City, IL and Catherine Davis of Springfield, IL; her sister Patsy Wright of Cape Fair, MO; and her grandchildren, Christy Roberts (Ricky), Michael Costillo (Katie), Michelle Costillo, Jessica Costillo, Nicholas Costillo (Ali), Emily Costillo (Mark McCarrell), Hannah Costillo and Samantha Jo Beavin. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorial donations may be given to Holy Family Catholic Church. Donations will be accepted at the funeral home.
