He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Pulliam and Paula Jean Pulliam (Brown). He is survived by: his children, Shaina Rutherford (Jason) of Highland, Alana Simpson (Timothy) of Troy and Nathaniel Pulliam (Mariah) of Marine; his grandchildren, Ella Rutherford, Laela Rutherford, Ivy Rutherford, Jacey Pulliam, Brooks Pulliam and Willow Simpson; his stepfather Justo Zavala of Granite City; and his brothers, Mark Pulliam (Judith) of Granite City and Shyam Sujanani (Amy) of Troy.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Apostolic Revival Church (11656 IL-143, Highland, IL 62249).
