She was predeceased by: her father Robert Randolph Corbett; her husbands, Loyd Brown and Chester Townzen; her daughters, Sondra Alice Brown and Gayloid Ledbetter; and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Corbett, Jack Corbett and James "Jim" Corbett.
She is survived by: her mother Ruby Alice Corbett (Whelling); her son Sam Brown (Linda) of Granite City, IL; her brother Steve Corbett (Pat); her grandchildren, Richard (Hope) and Sondra (Beth); her great grandchildren, Ryan Brown (Paige), Kyle Brown (Jordan), Luke Brown, Mike Brown and Katie Brown; and her great great grandchildren, Scarlett Brown, Emma Brown and Mia Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given to Alzheimer's Association.
