The memory of Ralph Wesley Baker of Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on August 29, 2024 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Ralph Wesley may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ralph Wesley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde M. Baker and Rose Virginia Baker (Smith); and his wife Delora C. Baker (Gassdorf). He is survived by: his daughters, Lea Ann Earhart (Tony) of Granite City and Rhonda Kay Lowe (Donald) of Herculaneum, Missouri; and his granddaughters, Jesseca Nicole Lowe of Highland and Leeza Ann Hubbard. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

“To the family of Ralph Baker , His cousins Earline Baker Lewis , Faye Baker Wiles, and Ramey Baker (John Baker is in heaven) and our families wish to express our deepest condolences. Age and distance has kept us apart but our memories remain. We all got together with our families and had lots of fun. I remember when we had family reunions at the park . I remember you coming to our home in Maryville Il and having fun together. I remember visiting at our Grandmas home in Caledonia. Enjoy heaven.”
