She is survived by: her mother Viola Belmer (Vaughn); her son Bart Mercer of Osage Beach, MO; and her siblings, Dave Belmer of Granite City, IL and Sheri Gwaltney (Bert) of Niceville, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
