It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neva Yvonne Ragan of Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Neva Yvonne's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Neva Yvonne has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard D. Powderly, Sr. and Janice Y. Minder (Wright); and her siblings, Robin Denise Haynes, April Spain and John Allen Powderly.
She is survived by: her brothers, Richard D. Powderly, Jr. (Melissa) of Mitchell and David Powderly of Granite City, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are appreciated to the charity of the donor's choice.
