Watkins of Granite City, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy G. Watkins and ElvaLee A. Watkins; and his sister Sandra Hart. He is survived by: his wife Dena K. Watkins of Granite City, IL; his daughter Jenni Severs (Clint) of Collinsville, IL; his sisters, Christine Watkins of Rockaway Beach, MO, Karen Huff (Dan) of Rockaway Beach, MO and Donna Green (Phil) of Collinsville, IL; and his grandchildren, Chloe and Christian Severs.
