With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lanette D. Haddix of Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lanette D. Haddix to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Deloris Draper (Cottrell) and William Squires; her close friend Donald R. Haddix; and her stepfather Norman Draper. She is survived by: her children, Donnie (Mary Haddix), Jill Relleke (Ryan) of Granite City and April Haddix of Granite City; her grandchildren, Emily Haddix, Abbey Haddix, Lucas Haddix, Tyler Theis, Hadley Relleke, Mila Haddix and Ellaina Haddix; her great grandchild Logan Bloomquist; and her brothers, Scott (Shereth Squires) and Mark (Kim Draper). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
