He is survived by: his children, Jamie Joffre of Caseyville and John Gaines (Lindsay) of Pocahontas; and his siblings, Randy Gaines of Rolla, MO, Billie Gurley of Paris, TX and Sandra Bode of O'Fallon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
