He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hoffman (John) of St. Louis, Michael Cornwall of Orange County and Herbert Eugene Cornwall (Kim) of Fenton; his sisters, Marlene Carey of Granite City and Sharon Ledbetter (Allen) of Granite City; and his grandchildren, Samantha Hoffman, Alexis Hoffman, Riley Cornwall and Trevor Cornwall.
