Hawkins (Granite City, Illinois), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Arthur Varley; her husband Hubert A. Hawkins; her granddaughter Grace Anne Oehler; and her brother Will Varley. She is survived by: her parent Elsie Varley (Sloan); her children, Debra Oehler (Bill) of St. Louis and Mark Hawkins (Janie) of Bolingbrook; her grandchildren, Amanda Hawkins, Taylor Hawkins, Alyssa Hawkins, Heidi Oehler and Gabriel Oehler; and her great grandchild Jaiden Tazi of Zaina Tazi.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of her husband Hubert, memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
