He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hubert and Louisa; his wife Nancy Storey; his children, Angela Hall of East Alton, IL, Karla Burger (William) of Lebanon, IL, Kathy Baugus of Granite City, IL, Brett Hall of Alton, IL, Cory Hall of Bunker Hill, IL, David Harkey (Cindy) of Macks Creek, MO and Jason Harkey; and his sisters, Betty Tester of Granite City, IL, Lila Sloan, Carol McCartney and Marilyn Hurd. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Granite City APA, Granite City DAV or Heartland Hospice.
