He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Crook (Frank) of Highland, IL and Gayla Maxwell of Granite City, IL; his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Nick, Jacob, Brady, Brandon, Camron, Cole, Ericka, Lindsey and Courtney; and his close friend Bill. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, great nieces, great nephews.
