He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Cerny; his daughters, Cara Marie Gresh (Stephen) and Allison Leigh Jasutis (Mike); his grandchildren, Cody Daech, Stephie Gresh, Abbie Gresh, Logan Jasutis and Caden Jasutis; his stepdaughter Kara Marie Welch; his niece Mia Stack-Carson; and his siblings, Bob Cerny, Janet Couette and Karen Lager.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital.
