She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Richardson and Betty Richardson (Buckingham); her husband David Wayne Downs; and her great grandchild Eastan Williams. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Downs of Granite City, Nick Downs of Granite City and Samantha Hildebrand (Timothy) of Granite City; her grandchildren, Kristan Biggs, Ryan Baker (Natalie), Miranda Baker (Gabriel), Ashli Hupp (Matthew), Heidi Hildebrand, Zeidyn Hildebrand, Greyson Hildebrand and Leia Hildebrand; her great grandchildren, Austan Copeland, Driftan Williams, Jace Ojeda, Rory Ulrich and Delaney Baker; and her brother Eugene Richardson (Karen) of Bartlett, Tennessee. She is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
