She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sak and Antoinette Sak (Banek); and her husband Richard H. Horbelt. She is survived by: her children, Gene (Sally Horbelt), Elaine Horbelt of St. Charles, Rose Bladdick of Granite City, Judy Horbelt of Ballwin, Carolyn Herring (Marilyn) of Maryville and David Sucoe of Naperville; her grandchildren, Jessica Bladdick, Jeffery Bladdick, Cassie (Zach Neubauer), Kayla (Dylan Griffin), Camille Herring, Philip Sucoe, Alexa Sucoe, David (Chelsea Paul) and Christopher (Leoy Slone); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Leighton, Hattie, Jade, Jaxon, Layne and Blair; and her brother Stanley Sak of Madison. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
