She was predeceased by: her father Robert Fisk; and her brothers, Robert Fisk and Benjamin Fisk. She is survived by: her mother Lela Fisk (Helton); her husband Joseph H. "Joe" Perigan, Jr. of Granite City, Illinois; her son Joseph H. Perigan, III (Robin Moore) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; her granddaughter Allex Kennedi Elliot (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Eleanor Rose Elliot and Josephine Grace Elliot; and her sister Carolyn Valencia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
