She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Murphy and Vida Murphy (Shaffer); her husband Gerald Davis; her son Gerald Davis; her granddaughter Sophie Cockrum; and her siblings, Vicky Ottinger, Don Murphy, Kenneth Murphy, Norman Murphy and Ed Murphy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa (Rocky Cockrum), Melinda (Frank Ross) and Tracey Dooley of Granite City; her grandchildren, Andria, James Hileman, Gerald Cockrum, LilyRose Cockrum, Andrew Ross and Aundrea Ross; and her great grandchildren, Zachery Hileman and Sophia Hileman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
