She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Taylor (Clemmons) of Illinois, Mark Clemmons of Indiana, Gina Clemmons of Texas and Shawn Clemmons of Florida; her children, Alexandra (Nicholas Smith), Jeff (Nicole Downey) and David Clemmons of Illinois; and her great grandchildren, LaKai and Khalila King of Illinois.
