It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Ford of Grand Tower, Illinois, born in Anna, Illinois, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garnet Ford and Martha Ford (Wilson); his wife Mary Ford of Grand Tower; his son Jesse Ford (Heather) of Carbondale; his brother David Ford (Barbara) of Cape Girardeau, MO; his niece Amy Ford of Grand Tower; his close friends, Rodney Snider, Buddy Tripp, Rodney Reynolds and Michelle Modglin; and his brother Dick Ford. He was also cherished by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
