He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Noel and Mabel Noel (Eichelkraut); his siblings, Richard, Donald Noel Sr. and Jean Smith; his daughter Kim Hall; and his granddaughter Brooke Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Jutta Zwiener of Heiligenstadt; and his children, Tami Smothers (Andy), Julie Wood (Gary), Jennifer West, Kristine Taylor (Eric) and Patrick Noel (Chelsea Blixt). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
