We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Ronald Laatz of Grand Ridge, Illinois. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Ronald Laatz to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Laatz and Evelyn Laatz (Horn); and his wife Lynn Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Sonya Butler (Shane) and Nathan Laatz (Brent); his granddaughters, Alivia and Chelsea Butler; and his sisters, Maryellen Wilken, Elaine Duffield and Diane Truckenbrod.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be directed to the Grand Ridge Volunteer Fire Department.
