She was predeceased by: her father George Balke; and her brother Gregory Balke. She is survived by: her mother Marge Balke (Nicklin) of Grand Ridge; her husband Paul Norris; her son Henry Rice (Tricia Clingman) of Iowa; her stepdaughter Rebecca Lynn Norris of Iowa; her pet Sheba; her sisters, Lori Wakeman (Dave) of Streator and Julene Buckley (Bob) of Grand Ridge; and her nephews, Steve, Jeff Wakeman, Joe, Jake and Jessie Buckley. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Pink Tractor Foundation in C/O of her family, Grand Ridge Fire Department or a charity of the donors choice.
