She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Mattes and Ruth Mattes (Mathes); her husband George "Tom" Hickey Jr.; and her sisters, Eleanor Nodland, Marilyn Callahan, Ruthie Alleman and Helen Simonson.
She is survived by: her children, Jon Briel and Michele Frandin (Charlie); and her stepchildren, Kim Schmitt (Donald) and George Hickey III. She is also survived by seven grandkids.
