He is survived by: his wife Joan Stogsdill Campbell Fish; his sons, Jeffrey Fish of Baraboo and Jamie Fish of Hebron, Illinois; his stepchildren, Ronald Campbell (Beverly) of Metropolis, Cynthia McConnell of Woodstock, Mark, Lori Campbell of Mesa, Coleen and Sean Nolan of Boscobel, Wisconsin; and his sisters, Jane Fish, Donna Fish and Barb Garza (Oscar). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
