She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Agnes Modglin Henderson. She is survived by: her father Paul Henderson; her husband Glen Fowler; her children, Amanda Jo Cramner, Kyle Lloyd Holmes, Sierra Nichole Wilson and David Paul Fowler; and her siblings, Angela Christine Bernoich, Paul Llyod Henderson, Jr., Paula Jean Betts, Ricky Eugene Webster and Jason Allen Henderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Crain Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
