He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Mayer and Janette Watson Mayer. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Gallivan Mayer; his daughters, Melissa Shepard (Dustin) of Jonesboro, Andrea Mayer of Grand Chain and Stacey Mayer of Herrin, Illinois; his grandchildren, Calen Williams, Brenden Mayer, Aiden and Jayce Shepard; his sisters, Linda Myler (Jimmy) of Paoli and Brenda; his brother-in-law Bob Daniels; his uncles, Bill Turner, David Watson and Richard McMunn; and his aunt Erma Watson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
