He is survived by: his wife Pansy; his children, Scott Winding (Paula) of Metropolis, Carol Hopkins of Anna, Tammy Wilson (Tadge) of Grand Chain and Stacy Parrett (Bryan) of Godfrey; his daughter-in-law Diane of Jacksonville; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Winding of Mounds and Sherry Windings of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Niki Winding, Candi Coder (Zack), Zack Winding (CJ), Dustin Winding (Shonna), Justin Ellis, Rowan, Mason Parrett, Allen Herring (Heather), Chance Light (Lindsey), Emilee Frilling (Kyle), Brittani Harrington, Michelle Harrington (Austin) and Leslie Ablett (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Grace, Dean, Wylder, Wesley, Aubrey, Easton, Kenna, Onna, Barry, Koraline, Gracie, Ryder and AJ.
A reception was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wilson Funeral Services (300 Main St, Karnak, IL 62956).
