He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Lee Harris; and his brothers, Jeffrey Franklin Stoops and Darrell Ray Stoops. He is survived by: his father Billy J. Stoops (Diana Stoops) of Shipman, IL; his wife Diana Stoops (Stilts); his daughter Mallory Wolff (Daniel) of Brighton, IL; his stepsons, Bradley Garrison of Wood River, IL and Larry Garrison of Wood River, IL; and his siblings, Billy D. Stoops of Shipman, IL and Terry Lynn Stoops of Litchfield, IL.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
