She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Blair and Juanita Chappell (Dawdy); her stepfather Donald Chappell; her brother Barry Fry; her parents-in-law, Rolla and Blanche Rulo; and her in-laws, Kenneth, Joseph, Roy, Ronald Rulo (Kathy), Paula Rulo and Rollen Rulo.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Rulo of Grafton; her daughters, Stacey Rulo of Godfrey and Dayna Crocker of Peoria; her grandsons, Gentry and Wyatt Crocker; and her in-laws, Jerry Rulo of Grafton, Terry of Grafton, Ellen Rulo of Grafton, Shirley Rulo of Grafton, Charlene Carpenter of Alton, Betty Howard of Alton, Sharon Lyons of Alton, Dottie Rulo of Godfrey and Brenda Rulo of Taylorville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Riverbend Humane Society in Jerseyville.
