He is survived by: his significant other Robin Cherim of Marion; his children, Jennifer Williams of Mt. Vernon, Michael E. Easterly, Jr. of Jacksonville and Aaron Easterly of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Seth Noble Brown, Elizabeth Danielle Easterly, Olivia Williams and Madyson Wilver; and his siblings, Allen Dean of Marion, Raoul Schlindwein of Metz France and Sharon Jennings of Murphysboro.
In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations in memory of Michael to be directed to the Murphysboro Food Pantry, 906 N. 14th St., Murphysboro, IL 62966.
