He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Fields, Tracy Tran (Vinh), Lindsay Powell (Brandon) and Gena Blue; his brother Frank Minton (Heather); and his grandchildren, Evan, Rianah Fields, Madalyn, Micah Tran, Bailee, Brockton, Britton, Briar Powell, Kennedy and Carson Blue. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be directed to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
