He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Kuhl and Francis Kuhl; and his sister Judy Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Perry; his children, Gregory Webb (Kim) of Arkansas, Karen Cambron (Mark) of Arkansas, Donald Meyers (Connie) of Missouri and Dawn Meyers of Missouri; and his siblings, David Webb and Linda Webb. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
