Mary L. Rodgers Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary L. Rodgers of Goreville, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Rodgers and Lucy Rodgers (Blumenstock); her siblings, Oscar E. Rodgers, Sr., Retha E. Rodgers and Wanda F. Travelstead; and her brothers-in-law, Donald Ray Wollard, Robert W. Travelstead and William "Bill" Billingsley, Jr..

She is survived by: her sisters, Shirley Perry (Clarence) of Goreville, Janice Wollard of Goreville, Reverend Martha Rodgers of Goreville, Marjorie Ford (George) of Goreville, Nancy Landwehr (Don) of Goreville and Pat Reynolds (Jim) of Vienna, Illinois; and her close friend Linda Darnell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 virus, those attending the service are asked to follow social distancing guidelines and wear a face mask.
