He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Basil Billingsley and Mary Helen Billingsley (Stewart); his brothers, Timothy Billingsley, Loyd Lavon Billingsley and Donald Lewis Billingsley; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Billingsley, Michele Billingsley, Dean Peterman, Ronnie Kelley and Terry Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Cagle; his daughter Johnie Dene Billingsley Edwards of Goreville; his granddaughter Bailey Ann Edwards of St. Louis, Missouri; his siblings, Gary Lynn Billingsley of Goreville, Betty Peterman of Goreville, Laura Palmowski (Randy) of Goreville and Mary Wright of Goreville; and his sister-in-law Lawanda Billingsley of Goreville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
