He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blue and Eunice Blue (Fritchie); his brothers, George Holton and Jim Causey; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Holton and Rick Lyons.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sabrina Torti (Mark) of Maryville, Bobbi Jo Lauderdale (Jeff) of Grantsburg and Lisa Blue of Alton; his girlfriend Tammy Gorsuch of Collinsville; his grandchildren, Mason, Sophie, Carson, James, Hannah, MaKayla and Dylan; his brother Frank Holton; and his siblings-in-law, Murlene Causey of Paducah, Barbara Bauer of Collinsville and Dave Lyons (Denise) of Collinsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
