She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cleveland McDowell Stewart and Artie Lorene Stewart (Grant); her husband Carl Henderson; her children, Charlyn Haden (Tom, Jr.) of Goreville and Jeff Henderson (Guillermo) of Orlando, Florida; her grandson Tom Haden III of Goreville; her siblings, Sandy Hooper of St. Louis, Missouri and Don Stewart (Patrice) of Dallas, Texas.; her son Galen Henderson; her stepmother Mary Stewart; and her sister Margaret McKinistry. She was also cherished by family, many friends.
