He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Emerson and Velda Bell Jones (Ferrell); his wife Janet Rae Murray; his son Edward Jones; and his brothers, Delmar Jones and Larry Jones.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Bell; his son-in-law Steve "Harpy" Harpstrite of Marion, IL; his grandchildren, Kaci Dunn of Marion, IL, Dalton Smothers of Marion, IL and Michael Jones (Kamey) of Saybrook, IL; his great grandchildren, Hunter Dunn of Marion, IL, Dylan Jones of Saybrook, IL and Makayla Jones of Saybrook, IL; and his daughter-in-law Marla Jones of Saybrook, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other extended family members and friends.
