It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald E. Kerley of Goreville, Illinois, born in Simpson, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Ray Kerley and Helen Rose Kerley (Stewart); his brother Ronald Gene Kerley; and his son-in-law Thomas Joplin, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lois Holland; his daughters, Donna Joplin of Gurnee and Cynthea; his grandson Jason; and his brother Harold Ray. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Those attending the visitation and service are respectfully reminded to observe customarily accepted social distancing practices. The wearing of a face mask or covering is strongly encouraged.
