Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roy Wittmer of Goodfield, Illinois, born in Washington, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 71, on November 9, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Wittmer and Ella Wittmer (Bauer); his brother-in-law Terry Stevig; and his nephew David Stevig. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Roudis (Joe); his granddaughter Anna Rose Roudis; and his siblings, Mary Streitmatter (Rich), Ruth Stevig, Jane Fehr (John), Susan Henning (Jim) and Dave Wittmer (Laurie). He is also survived by four aunts; two uncles; and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Due to COVID concerns, there will be no formal service.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army of Peoria and Old Friends, a facility in Georgetown, Ky., for retired thoroughbred horses.
