He is survived by: his wife Carlene; his children, Rickey Moore of Camp Point and Carol Wells (Dale) of Quincy; his grandson Dustin Moore (Donnely); his great grandchild Madeline Moore; and his siblings, Leroy Moore (Peggy), Lawrence Moore, Gary Moore (Luanne) and Betty Weilder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
